Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order until we accept the order. Once we accept the order; order-status changes to 'processing' and then you cannot cancel the order.

Will you refund for prepaid orders?

Yes, we provide 100% refund of your order payment amount to your bank account.

How much time will it take to reflect the refund in bank?

Once you cancel the order with online payment it takes upto 5 to 7 bank working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.

What happen to my applied bell-coins if I cancel the order?

Once your order is cancelled your applied bell-coins will be credited back to your wallet in bellvery app.

Is delivery is free?

Yes, if your order amount is greater than 300 rupees, then your delivery will be at free of cost.

How much is the delivery charge if order amount less than 300 rupees?

Currently we have a fixed delivery charge of 33 rupees for all orders of amount below 300 rupees. This delivery charge is applicable only in surrounding of 15 kilometers of Calicut and Kochi cities and may change in other locations.

Will you provide door delivery?

Yes, we provide door delivery at your home address or office/ shop address.

How much time will it take to get my order delivered?
